The age category is from 0-99. Once that seed procceeds to grow; inside of a womans womb. The process of maturity is progressing.
And once the Growth is taking place; there will be needed if more room to stretch out in full formation. But not in all ages is development accurate. Regardless of the process. Why, because the body may not development in coordination with mind.
So, when we factor in maturity and development we may also find ourselves in astonishment. Why, because of the development stage done people need more time. To mature mentally inside of that physical body; from ages 0-99.
If we choose to learn, educate & emulate one another in this life; we may want to reconsider have we ourselves reached full development; mental & physically.
